Issue/492 add networkplugin without naming schema

now when all network plugins are disabled network chats are handled like partner chats. that means, that the name of a chat is not generated from the chat title. instead the name that is given in the configuration is taken for that. with that change you can customize the #chatname send invite link for every chat.
